Abstracts should not exceed 300 words and should clearly state the purpose, methodology, results, and conclusions of the research or case study. Abstracts should be submitted before November 30, 2025, to upruneurope@gmail.com and follow the Template linked below.
Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their abstracts by December 15, 2025. Accepted abstracts will be invited to present during the conference (24 to 25 March 2026).
The submitted abstracts (approximately 300 words) will be reviewed for selection purposes. Authors of selected abstracts will be invited to submit an extended paper (not exceeding 5,000 words) by the end of March 2026 for inclusion in the digital publication of the SRPapers series (ISSN 2941-3850), published by the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at TU Dortmund University.
